Can an instructor give a whole class access to the APA formatter?

Yes, with a course code. Veermat issues one code per class; every student who redeems it from their dashboard receives a set number of page credits, enough for the semester’s papers. Each student can redeem the code once, the code can be capped at the class size and given an expiry, and downloads are charged per page from the credits as usual.

Nursing, psychology and education programmes grade APA formatting on every paper. A course code lets an instructor or department cover the cost once instead of each student subscribing. Students sign in, open My documents, choose “Have a course code from your instructor?”, and enter it; the credits appear immediately.

The instructor gets a class report: who has redeemed the code, how many papers each student has run, and the latest compliance score for each — the same title-page, headings, references and citation checks the student sees. Nothing about the papers’ content is shown, only the rubric results.

Codes are issued on request; write to support with the course name, the number of students and the term, and you will receive the code and an invoice. Students keep the free preview either way; the code is what unlocks the editable downloads.
